Hotel Zoso is located in the heart of Palm Springs, just steps away from Plaza Theatre and a short walk from Agua Caliente Cultural Museum.
Extremely disappointed staff at front desk very nice. Sound system at pool had very for audio music was distorted and annoying way to loud. Pool car was closed all day Sunday, the other bar also never opened. Drag bingo was also loud and had poor attendance. The hotel is due for a complete make over and good cleaning. Hallway carpets are dirty and stained. For the price we paid not at all worth it. Location was great for us, but honestly that was it. I not only would not recommend but would never stay there again.
It was great. Clean, great service, location was right in middle of town so we could walk everywhere. Friendly staff. No complaints.

I stay at this hotel most years to ride the Tour de Palm Springs. While somewhat expensive, the hotel is very convenient and accommodates my bike as well as my family and my dog. Overall, the experience has been very good.
