The cool thing about the Wyndham Garden Hotel Baronne Plaza is its central location, just steps away from Canal Street and a short walk to Bourbon Street.
We had a great stay at the Wyndham Baronne Plaza. My room was quiet, comfortable and very clean — exactly what you want after a long day exploring the city. The hotel itself was also well kept, with clean common areas and a staff that was consistently friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking situation. The basement garage is extremely tight, both getting in and out and it had a noticeable smell of weed while we were down there. If you’re driving a larger vehicle, be prepared for a challenge. Aside from that, the location was perfect — just a short walk to the French Quarter and plenty of historic New Orleans sights. Overall, a solid stay with great service and a fantastic location.
My wife and I stayed in the hotel during the first week of Jazz Fest. The location was perfect for us allowing easy access to the Jazz Fest shuttle and an easy walk to the French Quarter and French Market. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

The price was way too high for room. The room was very outdated. Old furniture, nothing up to date.
