The hotel was so clean and smelled good. Beautiful hotel.
We had a lovely stay and no issues. It was quiet and comfortable. Nice location, although the homeless did make us nervous while walking around. The best part honestly was the honest and integrity that the maid staff and all of the hands that controlled my jewelry and my new YSL purse. I left it behind on accident, didn’t realize till we were just about to go to bed that night we left. I called and talked to a live person and so appreciated she checked and when I described my belongings she let me know they were indeed there. They shipped them to me and I received them today. I cannot thank them enough. I will be returning to the Fairmount in Austin again. Thank you and hopefully your company appreciates the hard work that you all do! Many thanks and blessings to all!
