The St. Clair Inn teamed with G-Energy, Twain Financial Partners, and Levin Energy Partners to create a green example of environmentally sustainability for hotels nationwide! The Inn's PACE project, is the second to close in Michigan in 2018 and is more than double the size of the state's previous largest green project. This green project is part of a larger effort to restore registered historic landmarks in a green way.

We had a very nice time.
The check in was okay. We just had lunch here back in 1970. That was all we could afford. Once in the room I heard music in the bathroom and couldn't find a place to shut it off. It was the neighbors music. After a long drive from Cheboygan I was expecting a quiet retreat. After two talks with the front desk. She finally came up and talked to the neighbors. The waitstaff in the Divebar was fantastic. At night we had Ava.Nina and Kristen They were super! We had breakfast and Savannah was outstanding. Always making sure everything was fine,making sure we had refills on coffee and water. The only glitch we had was with our filet mignon. Had to get one medium rare.Room was nice. Lovely view from the window. Needs better pillows, two for each. Only had 3. Mattress could have been better. Our backs were achey in the morning. Lovely breakfast. Asked for a tip and we were treated by another couple. A great ending for a 55 year anniversary.
