This is our third time visiting Mount Tremblant Fairmont Hotel, check in was easy and staff extremely helpful and kind.
We had the best time at the Fairmont, the hospitality at the hotel is second to none. Hannah was very nice and helpful the whole trip.
We had an outstanding stay at Fairmont Tremblant and would absolutely return. The location is simply unbeatable—true ski in/ski out right at the base of the mountain, with immediate access to the lifts and the entire pedestrian village. With kids, that convenience is everything. No shuttles, no hassle—just walk out and you’re skiing. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. From valet to concierge to housekeeping, everyone was professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. It made the entire experience feel seamless and elevated. The amenities really stand out, especially after a full day on the mountain. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs overlooking the slopes were a highlight for our family—perfect for relaxing while the kids still have fun. The ski valet service also made things incredibly easy, which is a major advantage compared to other properties. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. While some areas of the hotel show a bit of age, it’s very well kept and the overall experience far outweighs any minor cosmetic details. If you’re coming to Mont Tremblant for skiing—especially with a family—this is hands down one of the best places to stay. The combination of location, service and amenities makes it a top tier choice.
