This was the most incredible hotel stay I've had to date. It was our first time at Alt Hotel and it'll be our go to hotel for St. Johns from now on. The staff went above and beyond, their kindness reminded me of friends you known for years. We traveled with my three year old and they made him feel so special, he hasn't stopped asking to go back and he didn't want to leave. When I say the service experience was exceptional it still doesn't cover it. I'll never forget this and I'll be forever greatful!
