We stayed two nights at the Quality Inn Harlan, KY during our yearly family reunion. Deidra checked us in and was delightful. The lobby is well done and updated. Everything was so clean! Our room was comfortable and clean. I did do laundry and the it was really inexpensive. The dryer needs updating but it works. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel cause we ate at the family reunion but we had a fridge with a freezer and a microwave in the room for hot tea. There is a well appointed coffee bar near the lobby available 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Harlan, but book ahead of time cause they had no vacancies on Friday night!
The hotel was very clean. The check in and check out staff were very efficient, friendly and made me feel welcomed. The house keeping team were very nice and did an amazing job cleaning my room. I look forward to staying there again in the future.
