Seaside Amelia Inn
The cool thing about Seaside Amelia Inn is that it is located right on the beach, offering guests easy access to the beautiful Fernandina Beach and Fernandina Beach Main Beach Park.
Our room was so clean and cozy. Near the beach and pool was clean and great to cool off in. Breakfast was great and we loved that there was a little store for ice cream and frozen snacks. Staff was friendly and quick to deal with problems. Will be back. A piece of Heaven. The whole island is picturesque and so beautiful.
Great place to stay. Employees were really nice helpful and the hotel is located close to Restaurants.
First I would just like to say I was completely ripped off. I called website number that answered as Seaside Inn. When booking room, which I thought was hotel I asked specifically if this includes pet fee and they said yes. While at hotel was told later that night oh you have a dog that’s an extra 100 dollars so now 430 in for one night. Thats insanity considering wasn’t even there 24hrs, beds were super uncomfortable and was booked the wrong room I requested. When addressing front desk they said there was nothing they can or will do because booked through Expedia which had no idea when they answered phone as Seaside Inn. Very unhappy and upset with this matter and want to warn others before booking with them. I feel for this miss communication I should have been atleast given the pet fee back.
The property and accommodations were very clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Beautiful location, ocean view and sound of waves lapping. A little “tired” but has new management that is making changes. Close to downtown and many restaurants.
