Rogue Regency Inn Medford Airport

Always enjoy staying here when visiting family in town. The continental breakfast that comes w/ the stay at the adjoining restaurant is okay but there are good options just minutes away. I enjoy the connected restaurant/bar for convenience and the rooms are just fine.

Conference in hotel. Welcomed breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Great staff up front they went above and beyond for a pencil sharpener for my children!

Kind personnel. They helped me with my luggage in and out, a huge help to me. I am older, solo and drove about 7 hours into your hotel. I appreciated the smiles and kindness all around from all staff. Thank you.

The employee at the front desk went above and beyond for us. I was in agonizing back pain and he moved our room to the bottom floor to make it more convenient for me. The pub next door even did a room service delivery for me for dinner that night! Bravo!

The room was large and the A/C worked very well and its fan didn’t make any, noise. Highly recommend.

Best desk agent ever. Josh was so helpful and kind! He saw my bag was too heavy and ran to put it on cart. He was friendly and welcoming and truly made my day and stay happy.

The hotel's rooms are dirty, by this I mean the carpet is horrible, the beds probably along with the drapes and carpet have been there since they opened. Rooms are cleaned well. Bathroom had mold over the door. The room smelled of cigarettes. Often was awakened in the middle of the night of drunks in the lobby. I will say most of the staff was very nice. The pub is wonderful! Food is great, staff is WONDERFUL and they make sure it is a safe place. I saw them send a person away due to behavior and cut people off when necessary. I would never stay in the hotel again, but I would go back to the pub!

Although they are an older hotel, everything is excellent. They offer park and fly too.

Not only are the rooms very clean and comfortable, the staff will go out of their way to help if you have an unforeseen health problem while there. Plus, don't forget the excellent restaurant attached to the hotel.

Honestly we stay at the rogue regency inn couple times a year as our go to stop we love the date night package. However this experience was not the best. The beds were extremely uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline we stayed for two nights and both times woke up extremely sore from the beds. Our coffee pot in the room had mold in it so we couldn't use it. They also no longer offer complimentary breakfast with your package. Not sure if we Will continue to stay there anymore.

I stayed here as I was told about the park and fly. The staff was friendly and helpful, even calling my room when I wasn't at my shuttle on time I had over slept and was running behind. The rooms are clean and spacious and they offer breakfast. My return flight was cancelled due to weather and I wasn't able to pick up my car when scheduled. They were great about it and waived additional fees.
